Some people mean really cheap when they say cheap. They turn to the clunker, the hooptie, the ancient model car that was probably old when their parents first bought a car. Teenagers often purchase such a car as their first vehiclePeople often purchase such a car as a first vehicle for a teen. It's a set of wheels, and it gives them practice for a life time of practical mechanical knowledge. Be careful because an cheap cars can be busts. It may not seem like such a deal when it won't start on a cold winter morning.
